Lorie G. Okerholm Obituary

Okerholm, Lorie G., 38 passed away peacefully Sunday, February 19, 2017, surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was the beloved daughter of Robert W. and Lorraine G. (Scowcroft) Okerholm. She was the adored sister of Kristy and Robert Okerholm and loving maternal granddaughter of Harriet (Ide) Scowcroft, the late Wilson C. Scowcroft and William C., and Melba M. (Crother) Okerholm. Also, survived by loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, whose lives she has deeply touched. Lorie worked for Walgreens for 15 years, a volunteer at St. Elizabeth's Home for 20 years, and a member of the URI Special Olympics for 30 years.

Her funeral will be held Friday, February 24 2017 at 10 am from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick, followed by service at 11 am in the Warwick Central Baptist Church, 3270 Post Rd., Warwick. Burial will be in Pawtuxet Memorial Park Visiting hours, Thursday 4-8 pm. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Perspectives Corporation, 1130 Ten Rod Rd., Bldg.
