Obituary

Etta M. (Iantosco) Brawn, 98 passed away Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at Kent Hospital. She was the wife of the late Jean H. Brawn and a daughter of the late Michael and Philomena (Salcone) Iantosco. Beloved sister of Joan D’Ambrosia and the late Mary Jane Black. She was the loving mother of Jean M. Brawn (Carol); loving grandmother of Kristin Armstrong, Marc Brawn (Nubia), Jennifer Brawn and Matthew Brawn (Rachel); adoring great grandmother of Miles and Major Brawn, Madison and Jamie Armstrong, Mariana, Landon and Jayden Brawn, Jennifer and Yessenia Calle and Jason Jimenez. She is survived by her beloved nieces, nephews and extended family. Etta worked for forty years for the Atlantic Mills before working at the J. Arthur Trudeau Memorial Center. She enjoyed being with family, playing cards and games.

Visitation will be held Monday, February 3, 2020 from 10 - 12 noon with a service at noon in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Avenue, Warwick. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to the Autism Society RI Chapter, PO Box 16603, Rumford, RI 02916 or the Cerebral Palsy Society, 13506 Summerport Village Parkway, Windermere, FL 34786 will be appreciated.
