Albert R. Corrado, Jr. Obituary

Corrado, Albert R., Jr., 73, died January 29, 2015. He was the beloved husband of Pamela R. (DeLellis) Corrado. Born in Providence, the son of the late Albert R. and Catherine (Pisani) Corrado, Sr., he had been a resident of Warwick since 1976. An accountant for the State of RI, he had served as
financial director for DOT, Dept. of Ed., and retired as financial director for Channel 36. Since retiring, he worked as finance director for G&A Plating, Providence for the past 15 years. A Vietnam veteran, he served in the US Navy. He was a communicant of St. Timothy Church in Warwick and was a member of the Valley CC for many years. Besides his wife, he also leaves his beloved daughters, Cheryl A. Halliwell of Warwick, Tina M. Nardolillo and her husband, John, of Cranston and Lindsey Corrado Sampson, and her husband, Peter of Abu Dhabi; loving grandchildren, Frank, Daniel, Benjamin, John, Anthony and Joseph and his sister, Rita Norris, and her husband, Ken, of Warwick.

His funeral will be Wednesday, February 4, at 9:00 am from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave. with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am in St. Timothy Church, Warwick Ave. Burial will be private. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-8 pm.
